Recreational scuba diving and freediving requires good physical and mental health. There are a few medical conditions which can be hazardous while diving. PLEASE NOTE: Boat days include 2 dives per day (1/2 day and night dives cannot be included in a dive package). Unless pre agreed with the dive centre, first day diving will be either from the shore or local boat (if available)
